You have completed an assessment of my case and have offered to lodge a claim against my former employer. Is there any cost involved at the outset?If you choose to instruct Migrants Advocate to lodge a claim against your former employer on your behalf, a small administration charge may be asked prior to your claim being lodged. The amount of this charge varies depending on the type of claim, and will be disclosed to you before we accept your instructions.
